Proposal Development</strong></h3><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Review and interpret architectural drawings, electrical plans, specifications, and addenda to determine system scope and requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop detailed material lists and labor estimates for fire alarm and life-safety system installations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepare complete bid proposals, including pricing, clarifications, exclusions, and value‑engineering options.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify project risk factors and recommend cost‑effective solutions.</li></ul><h3 style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Technical &amp;
