Other duties may be assigned.<br />\n&bull; Responsible for being trauma aware, sensitive and responsive to youth, families and&nbsp;<br />\ncolleagues through the completion of new hire and annual trauma informed&nbsp;<br />\neducation/training.<br />\n&bull; Completes admission process with the child, referral source, family/legal guardian on the&nbsp;<br />\nday of placement<br />\n&bull; Completes administrative functions associated with placement. Receives consents,&nbsp;<br />\ncollects documents and receives releases<br />\n&bull; Completes Admission Assessment, Initial Service Plan and visitation and phone&nbsp;<br />\nprivileges<br />\n&bull; Convenes and directs micro meetings and oversees service plan implementation<br />\n&bull; Monitors and evaluates treatment team, child, family and legal guardians&#39; progress&nbsp;<br />\ntowards desired outcomes<br />\n&bull; Schedules and directs Service Plan Reviews<br />\n&bull; Communicates relevant information to all concerned parties between reviews<br />\n&bull; Responsible for discharge planning<br />\n&bull; Represents Agency and service team at judicial hearings, IEP meetings, psychiatric&nbsp;<br />\nappointments, and other administrative meetings<br />\n&bull; Primary contact for CD, DMH, DJO, and other managed care entities<br />\n&bull; Primary contact for families and visiting resources. Develops and oversees visitation&nbsp;<br />\nplans<br />\n&bull; On Duty expectations&mdash;Due to the significant level of mental health issues experienced&nbsp;<br />\nby our clients, a clinician is required to be available 24 hours a day to make therapeutic&nbsp;<br />\ndecisions to improve mental health status. Additionally, clinicians determine the need for&nbsp;<br />\npsychiatric hospitalization when warranted<br />\n&bull; Functions as a team leader<br />\n&bull; Safe Crisis Management (SCM) competency<br />\n&bull; Responsible for school registration, parent/teacher conferences<br />\n&bull; Coordinates educational services with on-ground school staff, Normandy School staff,&nbsp;<br />\nand/or Special School District school&nbsp;<br />\n&bull; Complete progress notes in a timely manner<br />\n&bull; Attend and complete trainings as established by ECH<br />\n&bull; Other duties as assigned by supervisor</p>\n\n<p>#INDHP</p>\n",
