    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p>Brown Jug is a premium retailer of wine, beer, and spirits. &nbsp;We offer a great place to work, with a friendly atmosphere and energetic work environment. &nbsp;We provide our customers with convenience, selection, and top-notch service! &nbsp;We promote a team atmosphere that is busy and challenging, but always aims to be cooperative and fun. &nbsp;When you choose to work with us you can be sure you will be treated with the respect and support you need to be a success.</p><p>As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be expected to receive inventory, complete cycle counts, control organization on invoices, product and back stock. &nbsp;You will also participate in customer service to every person who walks into our store, understand customer needs, instill a customer mindset within the store, participate in stocking and merchandising of store, and ensure the store is stocked and ready to serve our customers.</p><p>This position will assist the Anchorage Warehouse Store (242) at 4140 Old Seward Highway.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Primary/Major Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):</strong></p><p><strong>People Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Customer service driven, friendly, willing to talk to all customers</li><li>Effective verbal communication skills</li><li>Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor and attitude at all times</li></ul><p><strong>Customer Offering:</strong></p><ul><li>Deliver exemplary customer service</li><li>Maintain a high level of service and product knowledge by completing all training within required timeline</li><li>Assist customer from store and/or offer car service when appropriate</li></ul><p><strong>Financial:</strong></p><ul><li>Complete customer transactions on the Point-of-Sale (POS) device, including payment</li><li>Ensure all cash handling policies and procedures are adhered to</li><li>Ensure all opening and closing procedures are done correctly (when applicable)</li><li>Complete end-of-day till reports (when applicable)</li><li>Ensure safe is locked at all times and deposits are secured (when applicable)</li></ul><p><strong>Day-to-Day Operations:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform all opening and closing procedures (when applicable)</li><li>Receive shipments, check them in to verify accuracy in cost and items</li><li>Complete inventory questions through email and correct discrepancies</li><li>Complete Cycle Counts by each deadline</li><li>Create Purchase Orders</li><li>Work with each vendor, merchandiser, and driver</li><li>Stock shelves and cooler with product</li><li>Participate in merchandising and promotional activities</li><li>Participate in routine store maintenance and cleaning</li><li>Other tasks as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Regulatory Adherence:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ensure that OHS, LP, TAP/Rserving, and other regulatory requirements and procedures are implemented and adhered to</li><li>Maintain First-Aid, LP, and OHS Training</li><li>Maintain TAP or Rserving certification</li><li>Adheres to all Afognak Native Corporation policies, with a focus on Social Responsibility</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Experience:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must be a minimum of 21 years of age or older</li><li>Minimum of 1 year experience in retail environment (preferred, not required)</li><li>Minimum of 1-years&rsquo;
