Description
The Capture Manager is responsible for leading capture efforts, conducting market analysis, and devising capture strategies to win contracts supporting DoW, US/foreign governments, and OEMs. This leader will work closely with internal stakeholders, defense contractors, prime contractors, and OEMs in developing executable support and sustainment strategies resulting in lower life cycle costs for the customer, and reasonable profit for AAR.
What you will be responsible for:
Win contracts supporting DoW, US/foreign governments, and OEMs, in developing strategies to grow these markets Interacts and collaborates across AAR’s functional staff and other AAR business units to generate cost effective winning capture strategies Develops capture plans and supports the pursuit of assigned captures in the pipeline according to AAR strategic goals Contributes and recommends business and marketing strategies to achieve maximum penetration consistent with Company financial objectives Prepares customer and internal presentations Supports, communicates, reinforces, and defends the mission, values and culture of AAR Ensures all capture activity is conducted in a compliant and ethical manner consistent with Government laws and the high standards of AAR

Knowledge of the Shiply Capture and Proposal Management processes Must have ability to obtain up to Top Secret level clearance. Master’s degree (M.A.) or equivalent; or ten years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Year One Critical Success Factors:
Successfully lead end-to-end capture efforts for assigned opportunities Drive consistent adherence to standardized capture and proposal SOPs Consistently apply AAR’s structured capture methodology Produce compliant and compelling, on-time, high-quality capture artifacts Influence leaders, capture managers, and proposal managers to adopt standardized processes The rewards of your career at AAR go far beyond just your salary:
