Responsible for software design and development for moderate to complex business solutions, providing technical guidance and leadership for specific applications.<p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\">Position Compensation Range:</p>$99,000.00 - $167,000.00<p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\">Pay Rate Type:</p>Salary<p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><i>Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. </i><i><span>Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.</span></i></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p>This will consider H1 visa transfers and sponsorship.</p><p><b>Primary Accountabilities</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Must have demonstrated experience of Java application, Node.JS and API development standards.</b></p></li><li><p>Analyzes high level system specifications, system requirements and/or use cases.</p></li><li><p>Converts information into low level specifications and system design plan.</p></li><li><p>Understands and identifies system dependencies.</p></li><li><p>Provides appropriate documentation for design decisions, estimating assumptions, code modules, and performance metrics as required by organization standards.</p></li><li><p>Defines, conducts, and/or participates in testing (i.e. unit, system integration).</p></li><li><p>Prepares, leads and/or participates in development walkthroughs.</p></li><li><p>Collaborates with others regarding effectiveness of systems flow, data usage and manual or automated processes to verify requirements.</p></li><li><p>Ensures software development meets standards for programming, design, performance, quality, and security. Identifies and recommends areas for improvement in planning, design, development, and testing.</p></li></ul><p><br /><b>Specialized Knowledge &amp; Skills Requirements</b></p><ul><li><p>Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.</p></li><li><p>Preferred experience with Genesys Cloud, including configuration, integrations, and day-to-day platform support.</p></li><li><p>Java development experience building and supporting scalable, maintainable applications and experience building and evolving scalable Java-based platforms</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable APIs with strong integration and documentation practices.</p></li><li><p>Basic knowledge and understanding of application architecture, design alternatives, and development standards.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience communicating technical information.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience developing complex software/systems using one or more programming language.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience establishing, using and supporting integration and communications technologies between applications, databases and technology platforms.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience analyzing and estimating project size and work efforts for software solutions.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience writing and modeling application system design and program specifications.</p></li><li><p>Solid knowledge and understanding of systems development life cycle (SDLC).</p></li><li><p>Solid Knowledge and understanding of integration and migration strategies and technologies.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Licenses:<br />Candidates must be able to acquire 3 Genesys Certifications within 6 months of employment.<br /><br />Travel Requirements<br />•Up to 10%.<br /><br />Physical Requirements<br />•Work that primarily involves sitting/standing.<br /><br />Working Conditions<br />•Not Applicable.</p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li><p style=\"text-align:left\">Offer to selected candidate will be made contingent on the results of applicable background checks</p></li><li><p style=\"text-align:left\">Offer to selected candidate is contingent on signing a non-disclosure agreement for proprietary information, trade secrets, and inventions</p></li><li><p style=\"text-align:left\">Sponsorship will not be considered for this position unless specified in the posting</p></li></ul><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p>In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783.<br />Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the of the Madison, Wi HQ location.</p><p></p><p>Internal Candidates are encouraged to apply and should review the internal mobility guidelines for the Hybrid Policy reference guide for more information on potential relocation.</p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><span>We provide benefits that support your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing.
