Description

Are you an individual who desires a long-term career and has an interest to learn from all roles and functions around a manufacturing facility? We are looking for a Plastics Process Technician Apprentice to support our management staff in Production, Shipping, Quality, Maintenance and Operations. As an Apprentice, you would get to learn Vandor's plastics business from the ground up by rotating through several manufacturing areas that put you on a fast track for future advancement and success. This is a strong opportunity for someone with manufacturing interest who enjoys a fast-paced environment where accuracy and innovative problem-solving matters. What You Will Do This Apprentice will rotate through several manufacturing areas to learn about all roles and functions that support the facility including but not limited to: equipment, tool and mold maintenance and repair, processing, quality control, inventory management, tow motor operating, programming, research and development, and back office support. The apprentice will be mentored, coached, and work with other managers and support staff.
