Employees at our healthcare sites play a crucial role in enhancing patient experience and well-being</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>recruit and onboard frontline hires utilizing onboarding and payroll systems;</li>\n <li>possess knowledge of state and federal HR laws;</li>\n <li>maintain active and terminated employee files;</li>\n <li>coordinate and conduct required monthly training;</li>\n <li>possess excellent customer service skills for phone conversations and email responses;</li>\n <li>possess strong time management and organizational skills;</li>\n <li>work well independently and as part of a team;</li>\n <li>understand and respect sensitive and confidential information;</li>\n <li>have excellent computer skills with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as the ability to learn additional computer programs as needed;</li>\n <li>complete special projects based on business needs regarding human resources data and analysis; </li>\n <li>demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities and meet time demands.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
