We have nationally-recognized team of ophthalmologists with vast clinical experience in a wide variety of ocular services including  MSP covered exams and surgeries, as well as private lens surgeries and LASIK.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span>We are looking for an energetic and detail oriented individual to join our dynamic and growing ophthalmic clinic and surgical centre!</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span>Duties include:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>• Greeting patients in person, on the phone and by email in a helpful and informative manner</span></p>\n<p><span>• Billing, invoicing and receiving payments</span></p>\n<p><span>• Booking and coordinating patient appointments</span></p>\n<p><span>•</span><span> Providing physicians and patients with attentive care and service</span></p>\n<p><span>• Tracking patient lab test results and booking follow-up appointments</span></p>\n<p><span>• Providing patients with detailed instructions on various lab tests </span></p>\n<p><span>• Accuro EMR system</span><br></p>\n<p><span>• Working collaboratively with physicians and other colleagues</span></p>\n<p><span>• Collaborating in the</span><span> establishment of the systems and processes in place at the clinic</span></p>\n<p><span>• Cooperating with physicians in meeting their needs requirements</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Ophthalmic assistant with experience in the following an asset but we are willing to train the right candidate:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Visual Fields</span></li>\n<li><span>OCT's</span></li>\n<li><span>Auto-refractions</span></li>\n<li><span>Non-contact Tonometer</span></li>\n<li><span>Doctor workups</span></li>\n<li><span>Cataract measurements</span><br></li>\n<li><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>If you do not have direct experience, you should have a strong work ethic and be able to learn on the go quickly.</span></p>\n<p><span>Compensation: $17.50-$27.00 per hr</span></p>",
