    "description": "<p><span style=\"color: rgb(72, 65, 63)\">Maranatha Christian Academy (MCA) is a private school serving Grades Pre-kindergarten through 12 in Brooklyn Park, MN. </span>MCA is currently hiring a full-time one-on-one paraprofessional for the 2026-27 school year. Duties for this Paraprofessional include the ability to work constructively with the student, provide innovative and creative play, and the ability to resolve conflict.
