With offices in The Heights, Woodforest, Sugar Land, Friendswood, and Atascocita (and more to come), we provide orthodontic, sleep apnea, and general dentistry services. Our clinical team is led by our co-founders, Dr. Kyle Hale, Dr. Kalli Hale, and Dr. Matt Hicks. We are hiring a full-time Dental Assistant to join us in redefining the standard of care in dentistry. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">The ideal candidate:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Will have a passion for helping patients and supporting our dentists. Candidates should be friendly, energetic, motivated, ambitious, self-starters, dependable, and organized with a cheerful attitude.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">The Opportunity:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Full-time, paid Dental Assistant position to assist skilled Airway Dentists </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Competitive compensation: $20-25/hr depending on experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Eligible for merit-based bonus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Numerous personal and professional growth opportunities in our expanding practices</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Duties include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Taking ownership of back office duties and systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Taking and recording medical and dental histories and patient vital signs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Assisting the dentist during pre-operative and operative procedures</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Scanning patients for procedures using iTero scanner, pre- and post-op work, crowns and bridges</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Providing post-operative instructions to patients </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Following up with patients to ensure the highest level of satisfaction</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Understanding each phase of our Airway, Invisalign and general dentistry treatments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Placing temporary crowns, attachments, buttons, and fixed expanders</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Creating, managing, coordinating, and following up with online scheduling, consults, and virtual appointments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Cleaning suction traps, running cleaners in equipment, and ordering supplies</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">The ideal candidate’s background</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">We prefer candidates with at least 2 years’ experience as a Dental Assistant </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Invisalign experience preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">State License and CPR certification required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Knowledge of dental instruments and medical equipment </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proficient in taking accurate dental radiographs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Outstanding organizational, communication, and patient service skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of situations and people</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Exhibits confidence and enthusiasm for new challenges</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Must have a positive attitude with a willingness to learn new dental technologies and techniques</span></li>\n</ul>",
