This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile initiatives that shape communities and deliver innovative civil engineering solutions.</p>\n<p>You will be responsible for overseeing the design and coordination of large-scale multi-family residential, retail, corporate, and industrial projects. Apply today and help us build the future of civil engineering!</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Role accountabilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work with a Project Manager to assist with the completion of construction documents for site development, water resources, and/or civil projects</li>\n <li>Preparation of construction documents, calculations, and reports for public or private clients</li>\n <li>Lead the design effort of public infrastructure roads, sidewalks, stormwater, and utility improvements</li>\n <li>Lead the design effort of subdivision master plans, grading plans, and utility plans for new developments and redevelopments</li>\n <li>Working with municipalities on necessary permits</li>\n <li>Project management of site development or redevelopment</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>An Ohio-licensed (PE) or PE-candidate Civil Engineer with 5 or more years of experience in land and site development</li>\n <li>Experience in the Civil / Land Development sector with project work like:&nbsp;single-site and municipal-type projects, and the development of construction documents for public sector clients, including cities/counties/water districts, etc.</li>\n <li>Proficient skills with AutoCAD, Civil 3D software, and MicroStation (considered an asset)</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and writing skills</li>\n <li>The ability to work well with team members as well as project stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Why Arcadis?</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
