It also means tangible opportunities for your future through learning and advancement.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Hospital/Clinic Address:</strong> </p>315 W Hickory StSylacauga, Alabama 35150United States\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Hospital/Clinic Information:</strong> <em>Coosa Valley Medical Center</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You Will Get</strong></p>\n<p>In addition to the standard benefit offering, you can expect to receive:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive compensation with ability to earn additional weekend and holiday rates</li>\n <li>Local and national organization dues and license renewal reimbursement</li>\n <li>Structured mentoring and quarterly in-person or online continuous education courses through MedBridge memberships</li>\n <li>Experience working with a diverse patient population in neuro, trauma, and ortho</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off (PTO) and either Sick Leave or Extended Illness Bank (EIB) accrual (dependent on state laws)</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Reimbursement for endurance race entry fees</p>\n<h2>Qualifications & Pay Range</h2>\n<p><strong>Your Responsibilities as an Inpatient Rehabilitation/Acute Care Clinic Manager</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and/or maintain and manage a highly functional team</li>\n <li>Ensure patient care duties follow guidelines established by each discipline’s practice act and licensing board</li>\n <li>To oversee patient care and clinic billing practices</li>\n <li>Maintaining positive clinic engagement, environment, and staff performance</li>\n <li>Coach staff to achieve quality, best practices and productivity performance</li>\n <li>Carry Strong interpersonal and organizational skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program</li>\n <li>Management experience preferred</li>\n <li>Current or pending state licensure</li>\n <li>Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation</strong> </p>\n<p><u>Pay Range</u>: $72,000 - $110,000 (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position) </p>\n<p><u>Sign-On Bonus</u>: $10,000</p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Expanding Access to Quality Care</strong></p>\n<p>At PT Solutions, we’re more than colleagues; we’re a tight-knit community united in our mission to expand access to quality care.
