View the comprehensive information about the competitive benefits package on our careers page then scroll down to <strong>CENTERS Benefits </strong>(click link to view).</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide a safe massage experience for clients.</li>\n <li>Conduct effective thirty and/or sixty minute table massage sessions for clients.</li>\n <li>Provide chair back massages for customized programs, special events, or special marketing promotions as assigned.</li>\n <li>Maintain professionalism during all massages.</li>\n <li>Provide quality customer service to all clients and potential clients, regardless of fitness level, appearance, or otherwise.</li>\n <li>Enforce all program policies and procedures as it pertains to the massage therapy program.</li>\n <li>Enforce all building policies and procedures, and assist as needed during emergencies.</li>\n <li>Attend all Massage Therapy and department staff meetings.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Possess current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications.</li>\n <li>Possess state license for massage therapy.</li>\n <li>Leadership and supervisory abilities.</li>\n <li>Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of standard practices in recreational sports</li>\n <li>Ability to thrive in an environment that values high expectations, accountability, and balanced lifestyles.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Technical Competencies</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Able to apply SOAP charts to each client and keep detailed records of any unusual injury or activity.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Human Relations:</h2>\n<p>Internal contacts include staff at all levels. External contacts include external customers and vendors.
