H1B Visa Sponsorship is available for this position.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview: </span>Work alongside project engineers, managers, and superintendents to support day-to-day project operations.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assis with project documentation including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and daily reports.</li>\n<li>Help track project schedules, budgets, and progress updates.</li>\n<li>Support subcontractor coordination and communication.</li>\n<li>Observe and assist with site management activities (quality control, safety walks, logistics, etc.,)</li>\n<li>Participate in jobsite meetings and learn project workflows.</li>\n<li>Review drawings and specifications to gain familiarity with design and construction processes.</li>\n<li>Assist with procurement and quantity take-offs as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or any related field or experience.</li>\n<li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.,)</li>\n<li>Detail-oriented and eager to learn.</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on active construction sites.</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary Range:</span> $22/hour - $25/hour</p>",
