font-weight: bold\">Project Management &amp; Delivery</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage assigned projects through the full project lifecycle, from order handover to final delivery and closeout.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain project plans, including scope definition, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.</li>\n<li>Track project progress and performance against milestones, cost targets, and quality standards.</li>\n<li>Identify risks and issues proactively, develop mitigation plans, and escalate to project team.</li>\n<li>Ensure changes to scope, cost, or schedule are documented, reviewed, and approved.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><br>Stakeholder &amp; Customer Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on assigned projects.</li>\n<li>Lead customer communications, including status updates, schedules, and issue resolution.</li>\n<li>Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and customers to support successful outcomes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><br>Cross-Functional Coordination</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure required resources are identified, scheduled, and aligned with project priorities.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with production teams on daily project execution, priorities, and constraints.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; Competencies:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><br>Technical &amp; Professional Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working knowledge of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.</li>\n<li>Experience working in an engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environment.</li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project).</li>\n<li>Experience working with ERP systems in a project, manufacturing, or order-management environment.</li>\n<li>Ability to interpret technical documentation, schedules, and financial data.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
