          "text": "<p><strong>Required qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>BS in Metallurgical Engineering or Materials Science &amp; Engineering&#xa0;(ABET-accredited)</li><li>3+ years&#xa0;of metallurgical laboratory experience (academic and/or&#xa0;industrial/commercial)</li><li>Strong&#xa0;technical writing&#xa0;and&#xa0;verbal communication&#xa0;skills</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with&#xa0;cross-functional&#xa0;teams</li><li>Strong computer proficiency and comfort working in a high-volume environment</li><li>Demonstrated ability to&#xa0;lead projects&#xa0;and manage priorities.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>MS or PhD&#xa0;in Materials/Metallurgical Engineering (or related)</li><li>EIT or PE&#xa0;registration</li><li>5+ years&#xa0;of metallurgical lab experience, including leading failure analysis investigations</li><li>Broader analytical testing experience in&#xa0;industrial/commercial&#xa0;environments</li><li>Experience working with tools and instrumentation such as: digital photography, saws/cut-off wheel, cleaning equipment, hardness testing, metallographic microscopes,&#xa0;SEM-EDXA, stereomicroscopes, micrometers, sample prep equipment, and related hand tools</li><li>Experience implementing methods within an&#xa0;ISO 9001 (or similar)&#xa0;certified organization</li><li>Experience using&#xa0;LabWare LIMS</li><li>Experience performing analyses tied to&#xa0;industrial water&#xa0;or process systems.</li></ul>",
