          "text": "<p>Title: <strong>Manager, Information Security &amp; Compliance</strong></p><p>Duration: <strong>Fulltime Permanent with Client</strong></p><p>Location: <strong>Austin, TX</strong></p><p>________________________________</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Provide leadership, management, and guidance to the Operational Technology Security &amp; Compliance team.</li><li>Oversee and manage the security patch management, password management, configuration management and logging solution.</li><li>Develop and maintain maintenance and configuration procedures, schedules and related evidentiary documentation.</li><li>Manage on-call schedule.</li><li>Maintain security system standards and NERC compliance in accordance with good utility practices.</li><li>Manage daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing and verifying system and application logs.</li><li>Coordinate testing and implementing operating system patches in the operations technology environment.</li><li>Ensure NERC CIP requirements are implemented when performing any work.</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>5+ years of experience managing <strong>information security and compliance</strong> team.</li><li>10+ years of experience with security and <strong>compliance</strong> functions (Access Management, Threat and Vulnerability Management, Security Monitoring, Patch Management, Password Management, Configuration Management and Logging).</li><li>Experience supporting <strong>CIP</strong> compliance is a plus.</li><li>Experience working with a team required to operate in 24/7 shifts.</li><li>Strong writing and communication skills.</li><li>Commitment to providing excellent customer service.</li></ul><p> </p>",
