Be a part of the team that delivers excellence in national missile defense, human space flight, space launch, and combat rescue!</p>\n<p>#rshp</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Effectively responds to service tickets submitted by customers requesting network infrastructure support</li>\n <li>Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure components and systems, which include wired and wireless networks, voice systems and security systems</li>\n <li>Manages and administers VoIP system using Cisco Unified Communications Manager and voicemail and gateways</li>\n <li>Create and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as it relates to network, voice systems and security camera systems processes</li>\n <li>Configures and deploys network infrastructure devices including routers, switches, UPS, phones, and wireless hardware.</li>\n <li>Configures network infrastructure devices to ensure efficient and reliable operation fulfilling objectives and processes with minimal downtime and/or interruption to ongoing operations</li>\n <li>Maintaining compliance to the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)</li>\n <li>Utilizes various network infrastructure software applications to monitor, analyze, configure, and troubleshoot infrastructure components as needed</li>\n <li>Practice asset management including physical inventories, maintenance of network infrastructure component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information </li>\n <li>Monitors and tests network infrastructure performance and provide performance statistics and reports</li>\n <li>Manages and administers LAN/WAN network infrastructure using networking management systems</li>\n <li>Manages and administers wireless network components access points</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Required Experience/Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE) and one other common computing environment certificate like CCNA, CCNP, etc.</li>\n <li>Robust network troubleshooting skills</li>\n <li>Self-starter and display the ability to handle multiple responsibilities</li>\n <li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple projects and be capable of working in an environment where work priorities can change rapidly</li>\n <li>Proficient verbal and written communication skills in working with technical and non-technical people</li>\n <li>Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships among all levels of an organization</li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and a demonstrated willingness to support Team on all levels to get the job done</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Preferred Experience/Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>BS and 3 years, or AS and 5 years of experience preferred</li>\n <li>Experience or working knowledge of network infrastructure systems such as VoIP systems, Security Systems, LAN and WAN switches and routers</li>\n <li>Installing network equipment and connecting end devices</li>\n <li>Experience with Cisco IOS XE</li>\n <li>Understanding of voice, data & video Quality of Service (QoS)</li>\n <li>Access control list (ACLs), TCP/IP, VLANs, Port Security, IP Multicast, VRFs, and OSPF</li>\n <li>Understanding of 802.1X Authentication</li>\n <li>Network Management Systems (SolarWinds)</li>\n <li>Identity and access control policy platforms (Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE))</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Special Requirements/Security Clearance</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Active DoD Secret Clearance</li>\n</ul>",
