Join our growing team supporting customer missions as a <strong>UI/UX Engineer</strong> in <strong>Hybrid remote / Reston, Virginia</strong>.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p></p>\n<h3><strong>Modernization & Transformation</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Evaluate legacy systems and interfaces to identify usability gaps and modernization opportunities</li>\n <li>Redesign outdated user experiences into intuitive, efficient, and scalable solutions</li>\n <li>Translate complex legacy workflows into streamlined, user-friendly journeys</li>\n <li>Contribute to digital transformation initiatives by aligning UX with modernization goals</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:   </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li>\n <li>Proven experience redesigning or modernizing legacy systems or complex enterprise applications</li>\n <li>Strong portfolio demonstrating transformation of outdated or complex interfaces</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools</li>\n <li>Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of user-centered design and usability best practices</li>\n <li>Experience working with design systems and scalable UI frameworks</li>\n <li>Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and technical constraints</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Desired Qualifications</strong></p>\n<h2>What you can expect from us</h2>\n<p><em>BCore is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
