          "text": "<p>The Funding Specialist is responsible for the review of closing packages to ensure loans are fully compliant before initiating a wire to fund and/or purchase loans.&#xa0; <strong>This position is located in our Paramus, NJ Headquarters, this is not a remote role.</strong></p><p><strong>Primary Job Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Utilize checklist to complete pre-funding / pre-purchase review of closing documents</li><li>Communicate with inside staff, loan officers, settlement agents and lenders to ensure loans are funded and purchased in a timely manner</li><li>Determine all underwriting pre-funding and pre-purchase conditions have been satisfied</li><li>Maintain data integrity of LOS fields</li><li>Verify and balance wire amounts for daily reconciliation</li><li>Coordinate with settlement agents to ensure loans are fully disbursed</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p>",
