This role is responsible for advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and mentoring junior technicians while ensuring high standards of safety, efficiency, and customer service. The Senior Technician works independently in fast-paced foodservice environments, minimizing downtime and ensuring critical kitchen and refrigeration systems remain fully operational.
