    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The Credit Analyst is responsible for conducting credit assessments, evaluating the creditworthiness of our customers with a fundamental approach; preparing a well-argued report with a credit limit and a credit rating recommendation in English; creating and maintaining control of the limits, ratings and collaterals approved; supporting the administration of the portfolio, through an active monitoring of the customers’ performance and exposure; ensuring all relevant documentation is in place.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">KEY ACTIVITIES</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Analyze a portfolio of clients among different sectors throughout the Agribusiness and Energy segments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Credit and financial analysis of individual clients, writing and preparing credit files through a fundamental,</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">risk-oriented approach</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Recommend credit ratings for internal clients, taking into consideration quantitative and qualitative aspects</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work with the other analysts and the Credit Manager during the preparation of the credit analysis</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support the onboarding process by preparing a credit file for clients being onboarded</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Update and prepare sectorial reviews</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Presenting your analysis to the team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Monitoring your portfolio of clients through different sets of tools</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ad Hoc duties required by the Credit department</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS</span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Education (Degree / Area)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">B.S. or higher in Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or other business-related Degrees.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience in a financial institution (bank, brokerage, exchange house, investment fund, or consulting firm).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Background in the financial services industry, with exposure to financial and capital markets and/or the agribusiness sector.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Knowledge</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint advanced knowledge.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">TECHNICAL SKILLS</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Essential: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Analytical skills </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Accounting, Credit, and Financial analysis </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Corporate finance </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge in the use of technological tools, including N8N, BI platforms, PowerAutomate, among others. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Preferred: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Commodities (Agribusiness and/or Energy)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">LANGUAGE</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Advanced English</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">LOCATION:</span></span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">São Paulo, SP -  Up to twice a week at the base office in Vila Olimpia Office - SP.
