Description

Description As a Finance Analyst – Cash & Rates here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in analyzing financial data to support business decision-making and strategic planning. You will be responsible for preparing financial reports, conducting variance analysis, forecasting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance. You will report directly to our Finance Manager and you’ll work out of our Lansdale, PA location. In this role, you will impact the financial health and operational efficiency of the company by providing accurate and timely financial insights that guide business strategies and improve profitability. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support business decisions. Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop financial forecasts and budgets in collaboration with business units. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals. Travel less than 10% Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE 1 or more years’ experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in financial modeling and use of Excel and financial software. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. WE VALUE Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Experience in corporate finance or related industry. Knowledge of PowerBI Knowledge of ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
