Master's Degree preferred in Curriculum and Instruction and/or Administrative & Supervision (Educational Leadership) and requires five (5) years of demonstrated successful teaching experience; requires valid Tennessee Teacher's Certificate and meet the definition of \"highly qualified\"; <em><strong>Grade related Endorsements required</strong></em> <strong>(PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED)</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><u>Degree Equivalency Formula</u>:</p>\n<p><u>Bachelor’s Degree</u>= 4 years plus required years of experience.</p>\n<p><u>Master’s Degree</u>=6 years plus required years of experience. </p>",
