Ensure bi-directional traceability between requirements at all levels of specification.</li><li>Provide direction to technical staff and be capable to lead a team of low to moderate experienced professional staff.</li><li>Support the development of test plans and manage the integration, verification, and validation of systems through different test phases.</li><li>Support research and development for proposals, white papers, and action responses.</li><li>Elicit stakeholder needs, analysis and define requirements; to include allocation, decomposition, and bi-directional traceability.</li><li>Determine system impacts based on functional analysis to a proposed change.</li><li>Provide guidance on conflicting design/development requirements, difficult coordination requirements, and special requirements.</li><li>Resolve highly complex engineering problems through development and application of innovative processes and designs.</li><li>Interface effectively with internal and external personnel using strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Participate in technical reviews, meetings, system-level integration events, or represent the organization as a prime technical contact.</li><li>Employ standard System Engineering practices and methodology utilizing available tools and resources, including:<ul><li>Requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS)</li><li>Data management tools (e.g., SharePoint)</li><li>Documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and other similar tool alternatives.</li></ul></li><li>Develop and maintain engineering schedules/budgets for programs tasks or subtasks.</li><li>Additional duties include the development and presentation of technical material for review and presentation of reports at engineering meetings.</li></ul><br>We recognize and appreciate the value and contributions of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences and welcome all qualified individuals to apply.<br><br>&nbsp;",
