As we expand across Asia, the Middle East, and other high-growth regions, we are looking for a<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">People Associate<span> </span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">based in Pakistan to support global HR initiatives</span> across the organisation.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This role will work closely with and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">report directly to the Head of People based in Malaysia,</span> supporting hiring and HR coordination across multiple jurisdictions.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Talent Acquisition Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support end-to-end recruitment for roles across technology, compliance, operations, and business teams</li>\n<li>Coordinate with hiring managers to manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and interview scheduling</li>\n<li>Assist with candidate screening and help ensure a smooth recruitment process</li>\n<li>Maintain recruitment trackers and support hiring across multiple jurisdictions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Global HR Coordination</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support HR matters across key markets including <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Malaysia, Indonesia, UAE, Pakistan, and other expansion jurisdictions</span></li>\n<li>Assist with onboarding processes and employee documentation</li>\n<li>Coordinate HR records and employee files across regional teams</li>\n<li>Support HR initiatives that strengthen organisational culture and employee engagement</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">HR Operations</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain HR databases, hiring trackers, and internal HR documentation</li>\n<li>Assist with preparation of employment contracts and HR administrative matters</li>\n<li>Coordinate with finance and operations teams on HR-related processes</li>\n<li>Support internal HR reporting and headcount tracking</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>4–7 years of experience in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">HR, recruitment, or people operations</span></li>\n<li>Experience hiring for <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">global</span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">fintech, technology, or financial services roles</span> is advantageous</li>\n<li>Strong coordination and organizational skills, especially across distributed teams</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li>\n</ul>",
