As a member of our training team, you&rsquo;ll shape the quality and consistency of care delivered by every new technician who walks through our doors.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">We are seeking a confident, experienced Registered Behavior Technician with atleast 1 year of clinical RBT experience to serve as the <strong>Centralized Clinical Trainer</strong> for new hires in our center-based ABA clinic. This role is critical to onboarding behavior technicians and RBTs each week, ensuring they are well-equipped, aligned with our core values, and prepared to deliver exceptional care.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Experienced candidates will be given an RBT Competency Exam to determine starting pay rate based on their experience before being hired. All RBTs will have their competency levels re-assessed every 6 months. There are 6 levels of RBT competency, each one comes with additional responsibilities/growth and pay.</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Facilitate weekly onboarding and hands-on training sessions for all new BTs and RBTs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Model best practices in trauma-informed, child-led ABA therapy.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Deliver instruction on reinforcement procedures, behavior intervention plan (BIP) implementation, and data collection.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Observe and assess new hires&rsquo; performance, providing structured feedback and support.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain training materials, checklists, and documentation of onboarding outcomes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate with BCBAs, HR, and leadership on trainee progress and readiness for clinical assignment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support company values and ensure new hires adopt a high standard of ethics and professionalism.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Facilitate monthly training with site level training teams based on feedback nd requests received from leadership team</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work collaboratively with our team and be able to grow with feedback.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Daily attendance is critical as we onboard new hires and have weekly training classes Monday-Friday each week.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Current RBT certification in good standing.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">At least 1 year of experience in a center-based setting.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrated experience with trauma-informed and child-led ABA practices.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proven ability to train, mentor, or supervise peers or junior staff.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Comfort with using technology and ABA data platforms (Central Reach).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Advanced knowledge of ABA principles and practical application in a center-based setting.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Expertise in pairing, reinforcement strategies, and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to generalize clinical knowledge across a variety of client profiles</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to model and train on various engagement strategies.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Skilled in teaching and modeling ABA concepts to adult learners at different experience levels.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Clear, confident verbal communicator and approachable coaching style.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to provide supportive feedback that fosters learning and confidence.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Open and frequent communication with leadership at site level to ensure trainee updates are provided as necessary</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Leadership, Professionalism, &amp;
