Description
We have an opportunity for a German-speaking Field Marketing Services Manager to join our Europe Field Marketing Services team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in either Windsor, UK or Frankfurt, Germany.
In this role, you'll act as the strategic marketing partner to a portfolio of franchised hotels across Europe. Your focus: activating IHG's digital marketing tools and services to help hotels deliver incremental, profitable revenue and hit their commercial goals. It's a role where insight meets action, and where the relationships you build directly shape how our hotels show up to guests.
What you'll do
Be the primary marketing point of contact for your portfolio of hotels, building strong, trusted relationships with their teams Deliver data-driven insights and lead regular performance conversations with both hotel and internal stakeholders Develop tactical marketing plans that drive revenue, bookings and occupancy Coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery, from brief to activation Use IHG's digital tools and platforms to maximise hotel performance and guest engagement Juggle multiple projects at once, hitting timelines and milestones along the way Educate hotel teams on digital marketing best practice and the trends shaping our industry Collaborate across digital, revenue and marketing teams to keep everyone aligned and moving in the same direction
