Do you thrive in dynamic environments, leading teams to success and building lasting client relationships?</p>\n<p>CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking two <strong>Senior Program/Construction Managers </strong>to join our<strong> PMCM Team in Bethlehem, PA. </strong>In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee capital projects from concept to completion, serve as a trusted advisor to clients, and help drive our mission to create cleaner, safer, and more resilient communities.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage and oversee all aspects of capital projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery for a diverse portfolio including schools, municipal buildings, and commercial facilities</li>\n <li>Serve as the owner’s representative, collaborating closely with clients to ensure their needs are met across all project sites</li>\n <li>Lead and mentor project teams, setting vision and strategy for other Project Managers and supporting their professional growth</li>\n <li>Communicate project updates clearly to clients, management, and teams; prepare for and participate in monthly project review meetings</li>\n <li>Develop and sell project work with clients, embracing a “seller/doer” role to drive business growth</li>\n <li>Prepare proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and closeout documents</li>\n <li>Oversee project accounting, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash management</li>\n <li>Resolve challenges with urgency, exercising sound judgment and discretion</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Bring:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, science, planning, engineering management, or a related field required; or equivalent combination of experience and licensure</li>\n <li>Minimum of 11 years of industry experience, minimum of 8 years in project management required</li>\n <li>Design experience and knowledge of multi-prime contracts required</li>\n <li>Expert knowledge of project engineering and/or construction principles and schedules required</li>\n <li>Proven experience leading public clients through design and construction, especially on school and municipal projects</li>\n <li>Strong client relationship management and ability to interpret contract requirements</li>\n <li>Experience preparing proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and project closeout documents</li>\n <li>Proven ability to manage project accounting processes (budgeting, forecasts, cash management)</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and lead initiatives to completion</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit required; knowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, and/or Deltek Vision preferred</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt style for various audiences</li>\n <li>Consulting industry experience highly preferred</li>\n <li>PE, AIA, CCM, or CEM license preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to travel as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why You'll Love It Here:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead projects that transform communities and support client goals from concept to completion</li>\n <li>Collaborate with experienced professionals and accelerate your growth from day one in a culture that values innovation, advocacy, and project excellence</li>\n <li>Enjoy a flexible work environment with opportunities for travel and professional development</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Curious about the impactful work our PMCM team is doing?
