This physician leader will be responsible for fostering sustainable growth, enhancing day-to-day practice operations, and driving business development and strategic initiatives in the Marin County market.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<li><strong> Regional Growth Leadership</strong></li>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and implement a growth strategy tailored for Marin, aligned with SWBMG’s and Sutter Health’s overall mission.</li>\n <li>Identify and pursue opportunities to expand clinical services, add new specialties, and engage with local community partners.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with physician recruitment, Sutter Health market leadership, and community stakeholders.</li>\n</ul>\n<li><strong> Operational Oversight — Marin</strong></li>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide daily oversight of Marin-based practice operations. Co-lead with onsite operational leaders (practice managers, administrative directors) to ensure efficient clinic workflows, resource allocation, and performance optimization.</li>\n <li>Monitor key clinical and operational metrics (e.g., access, patient throughput, quality measures, provider satisfaction).</li>\n <li>Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to elevate service quality and efficiency.</li>\n</ul>\n<li><strong> Strategic Business Development — Marin</strong></li>\n<ul>\n <li>Analyze regional market data and trends to inform priorities and service line planning.</li>\n <li>Identify unmet needs and make recommendations for service line expansion opportunities, facility upgrades, telehealth, or other outreach.</li>\n <li>Advocate for resource allocation, capital investment, personnel, and technology necessary to achieve growth targets.</li>\n <li>Build and nurture partnerships with hospitals, community organizations, employers, and local regulatory bodies.
