You understand the language deeply — not just syntax, but concurrency, memory management, and design patterns.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Backend engineering mindset: </span>You think in terms of systems, not just features. You care about correctness, performance, and how your code behaves on a scale.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REST API &amp; microservices expertise: </span>You've built and consumed production APIs.
