      "value": "<ul><li>6+ years' professional experience, including at least 3 years' experience of delivering cloud-native solutions.</li><li>Proven experience as a technical lead and/or technical product owner, ideally in DevOps, cloud development or platform engineering.</li><li>Strong hands-on knowledge of cloud services (Azure preferred), Kubernetes (AKS preferred) and Helm.</li><li>Experience in implementing GitOps practices is required.</li><li>Familiarity with tools such as ArgoCD, GitHub, Crossplane and Keda.</li><li>Ability to plan and manage technical tasks in sprint environments.</li><li>Highly motivated to continuously learn and develop skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong attention to detail.</li></ul><span><strong>Nice to have:</strong></span><br><ul><li><span>Experience with Observability tools such as Loki, Grafana, Honeycomb, Thanos, Mimir, Tempo etc.</span></li><li><span>Use Golang, Python, PHP, or similar, to write code from time to time.</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of DR, Storage (NetApp), Networking, Load balancers, etc.</span></li></ul><span><strong>Location: </strong></span><br><div>We are ideally looking for a candidate based near one of our office locations in Frankfurt or Freiburg.
