          "text": "<p>The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting the Food &amp; Beverage department with receiving, stocking, issuing, and tracking products and supplies. This role ensures inventory accuracy, proper product rotation, and compliance with company standards and procedures.</p><p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Receive and verify deliveries against purchase orders and invoices.</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory management system.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and notify management of shortages or discrepancies.</li><li>Organize and stock products in designated storage areas following FIFO procedures.</li><li>Conduct routine inventory counts and assist with monthly physical inventories.</li><li>Ensure all products are properly labeled, stored, and rotated.</li><li>Assist in distributing products and supplies to Food &amp; Beverage outlets.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage rooms, coolers, and warehouse areas.</li><li>Investigate inventory variances and report findings to management.</li><li>Follow all company safety, sanitation, and food handling standards.</li><li>Work closely with purchasing, culinary, and outlet teams to support operational needs.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.</li></ul><p>To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
