As a Restorative Aide in our PACE program, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in helping participants regain strength, mobility, and independence.</p><p data-start=\"548\" data-end=\"824\">Working alongside our skilled therapy team, you&rsquo;ll guide participants through individualized restorative programs designed to improve function and quality of life. This is an ideal role for those interested in rehabilitation, physical therapy, or advancing their clinical career.</p><h2 data-section-id=\"1uboqym\" data-start=\"831\" data-end=\"852\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong data-start=\"834\" data-end=\"852\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">What You&rsquo;ll Do</span></strong></h2><ul data-start=\"853\" data-end=\"1311\"><li data-section-id=\"1fy66lc\" data-start=\"853\" data-end=\"964\">Assist participants with individualized restorative care plans under the direction of therapy (PT/OT) staff&nbsp;</li><li data-section-id=\"1fy66lc\" data-start=\"853\" data-end=\"964\">Be in a variety of settings in the day center, therapy gym and the participants home.</li><li data-section-id=\"kht4q9\" data-start=\"965\" data-end=\"1039\">Support walking, mobility, range-of-motion, and strengthening programs</li><li data-section-id=\"10fbvim\" data-start=\"1040\" data-end=\"1116\">Encourage participant participation, independence, and progress toward goals</li><li data-section-id=\"1l2del5\" data-start=\"1117\" data-end=\"1173\">Accurately document participant performance and progress</li><li data-section-id=\"7b8voq\" data-start=\"1251\" data-end=\"1311\">Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.</li><li data-section-id=\"7b8voq\" data-start=\"1251\" data-end=\"1311\">Have weekends off with a Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p schedule</li></ul><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">What is PACE?</span></strong></p><p>PACE or Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly is a federal and state funded program that provides comprehensive, coordinated, and proactive whole-person care to help maintain and improve seniors&#39; health so they can live safely in their homes.
