    "description": "<h2> </h2>\n<p>As an Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at UWM, you will get to work with a growing team of QA experts skilled in manual test planning and execution. You will play a pivotal role in helping ensure the quality of deployed software at UWM. We work in a fast-paced, agile environment where code is deployed frequently, as we move toward the ability to deploy on demand. We’re looking for a candidate with a passion for delivery to join our team of over 2,000 technology professionals at the most innovative and disruptive company in the fintech space. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This will be for our Docs AI team, that uses AI to recognize & extract financial information during the lending process.</p>\n<h2>WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Advocate for quality as a subject matter expert in UWM's applications, testing tools, and testing/defect management</li>\n <li>Design, build, and manage test plans and strategies </li>\n <li>Support the testing of multiple ongoing projects concurrently</li>\n <li>Perform manual testing and support automated test creation</li>\n <li>Follow industry standard defect management processes</li>\n <li>Suggest and implement new testing processes that will help streamline development</li>\n <li>Conduct test case reviews with peers</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>7+ years of experience in manual software testing</li>\n <li>Proficiency testing web services (such as SoapUI, REST or equivalent tools)</li>\n <li>Experience defining test strategy in collaboration with business stakeholders</li>\n <li>Hands on database testing or SQL experience</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail in identifying data anomalies indicative of software defects.</li>\n <li>Experience in supporting the integration of automation into CI/CD tooling</li>\n <li>Understanding of Object-oriented programming</li>\n <li>Experience in creating scripted tests for API testing (in applications including Postman)</li>\n <li>Knowledge in QA automation tools</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate complex technical issues and solutions in a clear, simple and understandable way</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to manage projects, test cases and defects</li>\n <li>Develop modular, reusable and maintainable tests to be integrated into existing automation framework by quality engineers</li>\n <li>Ability to mentor less experienced quality analysts</li>\n <li>Available for on-call testing requests</li>\n <li>On-site attendance </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Mortgage or financial services knowledge or experience</li>\n <li>Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Information Systems</li>\n <li>Experience with Jira</li>\n <li>Experience with Selenium, JMeter</li>\n <li>Experience with testing Software built on AI platform </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>THE PLACE & THE PERKS</h2>\n<p>Ready to join thousands of talented team members who are making the dream of home ownership possible for more Americans?
