The successful applicant will be required to successfully obtain their FINRA Series 99 certification within 12 months of their start date.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><strong>Job responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Process payments and review incoming cash wires for institutional and retail clients</li>\n <li>Apply and monitor payment controls, ensuring adherence to standards</li>\n <li>Investigate and resolve cash and control breaks</li>\n <li>Liaise with global partners and stakeholders to resolve reconciliation issues</li>\n <li>Perform and help design key controls across the trade lifecycle process</li>\n <li>Analyze and identify opportunities to increase STP (Straight Through Processing)</li>\n <li>Support the development and revision of company and department policies and procedures</li>\n <li>Ensure timely completion of work items</li>\n <li>Prepare and analyze metrics</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><strong>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience using automation technologies to optimize systems and processes</li>\n <li>Knowledge of market products, operating procedures, and relevant industry regulations</li>\n <li>Proactive approach to problem solving and ownership of issues</li>\n <li>Strong time management and ability to deliver under pressure</li>\n <li>FINRA licensing: SIE + Series 99 (or willingness to obtain)</li>\n <li>Data analysis skills and ability to communicate insights effectively</li>\n <li>Ability to create and deliver presentations to management and stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><strong>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in financial services, especially Corporate Banking</li>\n <li>Payments understanding and background</li>\n <li>Experience within Prime Brokerage, Securities Settlements, or Asset Servicing</li>\n <li>Reconciliation experience</li>\n <li>Analytical skills</li>\n</ul>",
