In this role, you’ll lead event execution from start to finish, partnering with our Event Producers and talented in-house Culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.</p><p><br></p><p>This is your opportunity to take the lead at weddings, corporate gatherings, and milestone celebrations while working with a collaborative, professional team that takes pride in every detail.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><p>As an Event Manager, you are the driving force behind seamless execution. You will:</p><ul><li>Lead and supervise event staff, including servers and bartenders, ensuring top-tier service and adherence to company standards.</li><li>Review and execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with precision and confidence.</li><li>Oversee all pre-event preparation, including equipment, supplies, and staff assignments.</li><li>Conduct pre-meal menu trainings to ensure service excellence.</li><li>Coordinate bar operations (TIPS certification required) and oversee POS procedures.</li><li>Partner with Event Producers and Operations leadership to resolve client needs with professionalism and care.</li><li>Manage event setup, execution, and breakdown.</li><li>Complete post-event recaps and closing procedures.</li><li>Build strong relationships with clients, guests, and vendors.</li><li>Champion company policies and maintain operational excellence.</li></ul><p><strong>We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience managing hospitality or event teams.</li><li>Strong leadership presence with exceptional attention to detail.</li><li>Knowledge of bar operations and POS systems.</li><li>Familiarity with Caterease and event execution based on BEOs.</li><li>TIPS Certification.</li><li>Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.</li><li>A team-first mindset and passion for delivering unforgettable experiences.</li></ul><p><strong>Schedule &amp; Availability</strong></p><p>This is an on-call, part-time position with a flexible schedule based on event bookings.&nbsp;</p><p>Our peak event season runs April through November, with shifts determined by event type, guest count, and timing.
