As you move throughout the hospital, you perform venipunctures, capillary draws, and occasional arterial punctures&mdash;always using proper technique and a steady, confident approach.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">With each patient interaction, you take the time to accurately verify identity and clearly label specimens, knowing that even small details are critical to patient care. You bring a calm, reassuring presence, helping patients feel at ease regardless of the situation.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Throughout your shift, you transport specimens promptly to the laboratory, keeping workflows moving and supporting timely results. You remain focused on quality at every step&mdash;following procedures, documenting your work, and staying alert for any abnormal results that require escalation.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaboration is a key part of your day. You communicate regularly with providers, nurses, and lab staff to ensure seamless coordination of care.
