The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.\n Day to Day Responsibilities: \r •    Oversee and manage supplier quality performance, conduct supplier audits, and ensure supplier compliance with quality standards.\n•    Collaborate with suppliers to identify and rectify quality issues. Apply problem-solving techniques, Six Sigma tools, statistical analysis, and other methodologies to improve supplier quality.\n•    Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers to enhance quality, reduce cost, and improve supply chain efficiency.\n•    Supplier Development: Develop and maintain partnerships with suppliers. Train suppliers on quality requirements and monitor their performance.\n•    Review supplier manufacturing processes",
