They drive the effective operation of Beit Karam programs and activities, upholding compliance, operational integrity, and a high standard of delivery. Working under the direction of the Regional Manager, the Site Manager plays a key role in advancing Karam's growth and impact.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The Site Manager leads the team at the Aleppo site, including program, communications, and finance functions, and is accountable for the performance, coordination, and alignment of all site activities. While functional staff operate within a matrixed reporting structure to their respective functional leads, the Site Manager ensures strong integration, clear accountability, and consistent execution across all departments.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">They build and sustain strong connections with the community, ensuring that all its members, including Syrians returning home, are represented and actively engaged in Beit Karam’s programs and initiatives.
