This is a tenure-track position beginning August 15, 2026.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and teach a range of criminal justice and criminology courses.</li><li>Hold weekly office hours and advise students.</li><li>Actively participate on faculty committees.&nbsp;</li><li>Engage in scholarly research and professional activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Represent the department at admissions and other campus events.</li><li>Contribute your professional expertise to the department, college, and community.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Ph.D. in Criminal Justice or Criminology.</li><li>A strong commitment to teaching and mentoring students from all backgrounds.</li><li>Ability to engage students and adapt teaching methods to improve student learning.</li><li>Preferred experience teaching in higher education.</li></ul><p><strong>Employee Benefits</strong></p><p>This full-time position has access to a full range of employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance; retirement plans; and tuition benefits.
