Duties include delivering lesson plans, facilitating classroom discussions, and ensuring student engagement. Candidates should have strong classroom management skills and the ability to work with older students across various subjects. Experience in secondary education is preferred.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Required Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Must have a valid permission to work in Japan (citizen, permanent resident, or appropriate visa)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Must have a university degree, teaching certification and or relevant academic qualification </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Preferred Experience and Qualities (in no particular order):</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">2+ years of relevant teaching experience </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Knowledge and understanding of the International Baccalaureate Programmes </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Demonstrated ability to support the diverse learning needs of students in a class and to collaborate effectively with Learning Support and EAL specialists</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Strong organizational, communication, administrative and interpersonal skills</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
