non-member closing percentage</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">o Achieve retail sales revenue goals including drinks, bars, etc.</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">o Oversee membership sales initiatives including open houses, special membership events, promotions, closeouts, etc.</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">o Achieve net membership growth through leading effective in-club collection efforts</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">o Resolve and report all incidents of inappropriate behavior being displayed</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">o Capture and retain details on all new membership leads</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">o Responsible for maintaining a clean, professional presentation at all times</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">o Recruit, hire, train, oversee and motivate staff;
