This includes coordinating the efforts of team members, customer contacts, and other parties according to plan. This person will also define the project&rsquo;s SCS objectives and ensure proper maintenance and repair schedules are followed after the implementation cycle.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Personally exhibits, recruits and coaches associates consistent with Core Behaviors</li><li>Responsible for promoting culture of safety</li><li>Provide local sales support in order to market solutions, evaluate customer sites, make recommendations to design and quote systems.</li><li>Help sales staff complete appropriate ROI and customer site documentation.</li><li>Participate and oversee the installation and service of inventory management solutions, both hardware and software at local customer locations.</li><li>Database development, importing, maintenance and backups.</li><li>Provide training for both BlackHawk Industrial and customer personnel.</li><li>Perform trouble shooting/problem solving, as needed.</li><li>Provide oversight, management and repair service for the mechanical and software features of vending and all other inventory management solutions.</li><li>Establish new databases and creation of web service accounts.&nbsp;</li><li>Define local project scopes, and deliverables that support overall business goals.</li><li>Develop complete implementation/project plans and associated communication documents.</li><li>Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.</li><li>Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in timely and clear fashion.</li><li>Set and continually manage project expectations with team members.</li><li>Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones.</li><li>Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.</li><li>Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.</li><li>Conduct post implementation meetings and create a recommendation report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.</li><li>Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.</li><li>Build and develop any business relationships vital to the success of the project (on-going)</li><li>Assisting in reduction of overall dept OPEX, i.e.: Overtime and repair costs.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.</li><li>Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.</li><li>Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.</li><li>Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.</li><li>Flexible during times of change, including the ability and willingness to travel up to 40%.</li><li>High level proficiency on the applications and procedures used, including software and hardware, specifically AutoCrib, CribMaster and other inventory management systems. &nbsp;Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word and SQL are necessary.</li><li>Ability to train and develop lead staff to perform support functions and execute trouble shooting measures.</li><li>High level of verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.</li><li>Excellent problem solving and diagnostic skills.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>:</p><ul><li>Will have direct supervisory responsibilities of Supply Chain Solutions Specialists, and Senior Supply Chain Solutions Specialists.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>3-6 years&rsquo; experience in a similar position preferred.</li><li>Previous consulting or customer service experience preferred.</li><li>Advanced understanding of products to be managed and inventory management systems preferred.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS</strong>:</p><ul><li>None required</li><li>Software certifications preferred</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT:</strong></p><ul><li>Employee is regularly required to speak and understand English, stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms.
