          "text": "<p><u><strong>MUST HAVE GLASS MANUFACTURING EXPERIENSE AND MUSH HAVE A JOURNEYMAN CARD.</strong></u></p><p>The&#xa0;<strong>Forming Operator - Journeyman&#xa0;</strong>operates the bottle forming machine, tools and equipment, performs defect analysis (gauging and visual) and necessary adjustments to the machine, feeder, stacker, etc. and assists with breakdown repairs and job changes.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><p><strong>The Plant&#xa0;Forming Operator/Journeyman will:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform necessary doping and swabbing of mold equipment, adjust temperatures of mold equipment to the feeder and change, or assist in changing, blanks, molds, finish mold changes and record reason.</li><li>Reports any bad glass, bad machine conditions, or defective machine parts which cannot be corrected to crew-leaders and supervisors.</li><li>May be assigned responsibility for additional equipment, up to and including, the point at which the bottles enter the lehr.</li><li>Gauge weight and selected physical dimensions on complete set-out and/or random sample and record using the computer terminal.</li><li>Re-qualify all cavities following any major downtime</li></ul><p><strong>The Forming Operator - Journeyman&#xa0; should have:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience with bottle tongs, hand tools, swabs, conveyors, ware gauges, computer terminal, etc. and materials including molten glass, molds, oil, dope, gloves, compressed air, etc.</li><li>Ability to work a rotating schedule, with weekend and some holiday coverage</li><li>Ability to work safely in a hot, dirty and loud environment</li><li>Commitment to meeting quality standards, comply with SOP’s, and willing to learn SPC</li></ul>",
