    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p>\n<p>Under the general direction of the Shift Manager, Table Games, this position is responsible for the overall management and profitability of table games on a shift basis while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members. Develops performance objectives and delivers performance evaluations for direct reports, implements all new table games initiatives as directed; actively participates in the recruitment and hiring process . Ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadian's learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members. This opening reflects current vacancies we have.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides leadership and direction to the table games operations as well as develops performance objectives and delivers performance evaluations for direct reports</li>\n <li>Monitors table games operations on a shift basis</li>\n <li>May monitor slots at some locations</li>\n <li>Responds to and resolves issues as escalated</li>\n <li>Verifies requests for fills/credits on the gaming floor; verifies and maintains inventories</li>\n <li>Verifies jackpots and table games wins</li>\n <li>Assesses active table game performance/results and reports to the Shift Manager</li>\n <li>Trains team members</li>\n <li>Participates in all table games marketing initiatives</li>\n <li>Inspects the games area for repair, maintenance and facilities reporting</li>\n <li>Verifies team members timesheets</li>\n <li>Liaises and communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments</li>\n <li>Develops and cultivates strong working relationships with all stakeholders (guests, ownership and team members)</li>\n <li>Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations</li>\n <li>Manages other initiatives as required</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Education and Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma</li>\n <li>Post Secondary education or suitable combination of education and experience an asset</li>\n <li>Minimum 3 years of experience in gaming management</li>\n <li>Minimum 3 years leadership experience</li>\n <li>Food Safety Certificate</li>\n <li>Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License</li>\n <li>Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective and service oriented communication</li>\n <li>Computer literacy in MS Office</li>\n <li>Bilingual (English/French) is an asset but not required</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Work Environment Considerations</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Regular casino environment, standing or walking for long periods of time, some exposure to noise, some exposure to verbal abuse, non-traditional work hours for our 24/7/365 operations</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum Rate (CAD $) | Minimum Salary (CAD $)<br>\n  32.25</li>\n <li>Job Rate (CAD $) | Midpoint Salary (CAD $)<br>\n  36.80</li>\n <li>Maximum Rate (CAD $) | Maximum Salary (CAD $)<br>\n  36.80</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Artificial intelligence may be used to select applicants in our processes.
