If you're ready to make an impact, develop your leadership potential, and grow with an organization committed to long‑term professional advancement, apply today and become part of a team that invests in your future!</p>\n<h2>What You’ll Do</h2>\n<p>In this role, you will use your technical expertise and customer service skills to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Diagnose issues and perform repairs on a variety of oil boilers and burner equipment.</li>\n <li>Deliver outstanding customer service, resolving concerns to ensure satisfaction and build long‑term loyalty.</li>\n <li>Perform preventative maintenance and cleanings on oil burner systems to ensure peak operating efficiency and safety.</li>\n <li>Respond to emergency service calls and address immediate safety concerns.</li>\n <li>Install and maintain pumps, hoses, and nozzles for “on‑site” skid tanks, as well as Roth and Granby heating oil tanks installed outdoors or in basements.</li>\n <li>Accurately complete all job‑related documentation, including daily time logs, work progress, and materials used.</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with Dispatch and Service Departments.</li>\n <li>Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor with customers and coworkers.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We’re Looking For</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>HVAC:<strong> 1 year (Preferred)</strong></li>\n <li>Oil and propane technician: <strong>Minimum 2 years required</strong></li>\n <li>EPA Type II <strong>(Preferred)</strong></li>\n <li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑oriented attitude</li>\n <li>Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent <strong>(Preferred)</strong></li>\n <li>Valid Driver’s License <strong>(Required)</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>What We Offer:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance: Affordable, comprehensive coverage</li>\n <li>401(K) with Company Match: Plan for your future with confidence</li>\n <li>Company-Paid Long-Term Disability & Life Insurance: Security and peace of mind</li>\n <li>Voluntary Short-Term Disability & Life Insurance: Additional protection tailored to your needs</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off: Vacation, holidays, and sick time to support work-life balance</li>\n</ul>\n<p>_____________________________________________________________________________________</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Join our team at Chapman Bros and become part of a company that values both its customers and employees.
