          "text": "<p>At CRB, our Architectural Designers play a key role in bringing complex, highly technical projects to life. Working under the guidance of the Architect of Record, you’ll contribute to the design, documentation, and coordination of projects across a variety of industries—including life sciences and food &amp; beverage.</p><p>This is a great opportunity to grow your technical skills while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and construction professionals.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Develop design and construction models using Revit or other BIM tools</li><li>Produce drawings and documentation including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and details</li><li>Translate redlines and markups into coordinated, high-quality drawing sets</li><li>Review drawings to ensure compliance with CRB documentation standards</li><li>Collaborate closely with engineering and construction teams to deliver coordinated, constructible designs</li><li>Support field investigations, site visits, and data collection</li><li>Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and quality checks</li><li>Assist with the development of studies, presentations, and reports</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Degree in Architecture (B.Arch, M.Arch, D.Arch, or equivalent) preferred</li><li>Associate degree or technical certification with relevant AEC experience will be considered</li><li>3+ years of professional experience in an architectural or AEC environment</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office</li><li>Experience with Enscape, Navisworks, and AutoCAD</li><li>Experience developing and coordinating construction documents</li><li>Working knowledge of building codes (IBC, ADA, etc.)</li><li>Experience in advanced technology or industrial project types (life sciences, biotech, pharmaceutical, food &amp; beverage, etc.)</li><li>LEED, WELL, or other sustainability accreditation</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Willingness to travel as needed for project or training support</li></ul>",
