They will assist each community in establishing sales and revenue goals and ensuring that the set strategic goals are communicated and implemented accurately and effectively to management teams in the field.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Direct the daily operations of multiple senior living residence facilities to ensure the highest quality while following facility and company standards.</li><li>Recruit, hire, develop, and evaluate team members to build a collaborative culture.</li><li>Develop and hold management teams accountable for delivering exceptional resident care and achieving financial outcomes.</li><li>Develop long-term objectives and strategies.</li><li>Prepare and manage budgets, cash flow, occupancy, and financial performance reports.</li><li>Responsible for leading the full continuum of care.</li><li>Develop strategic partnership networks.</li><li>Accountability in assisting with operational management, fiscal management, employee management/development, quality care improvement/risk management, vendor staff relationships, and culture/communication.</li><li>Ensure resident and associate satisfaction.</li><li>Review, develop, and assist in implementing consistent company-wide and facility-based policies and procedures that exceed state and regulatory minimum requirements.</li><li>Conduct comprehensive rounds assessing compliance with quality care standards, environmental services, government regulations, and company policies.</li></ul><p><br></p>",
