    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>OVERVIEW</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Great Escapes RV Resorts</strong> is a growing company specializing in acquisition, development, and management of RV Resorts throughout the United States. Our leaders serve a diverse sector of the RV resort / hospitality industry.</p><p>We are seeking individuals who possess the skills and interest to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team. Positions include park managers, work campers, housekeepers, maintenance personnel and more.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS&nbsp;</strong>(these duties include, but are not limited to):<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The Maintenance &amp; Grounds Crew is responsible for the overall maintenance of the camp-resort, including but not limited to the facilities, equipment, and overall resort appearance.&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Help Inspect and maintain recreation facilities and equipment.</li><li>Mowing, weed-wicking, weeding, etc. required.</li><li>Experience driving large tractors is a plus.</li><li>Must be available weekends and evenings.</li><li>Attendance at weekly team meetings.</li><li>Help maintain a planned maintenance program to ensure that sites and services continue operation without interruption and to the required standards.</li><li>Learning how to check and balance chemicals in the pool.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><p>Marginal Job Functions:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Removal of trash and preparation of campsites for new guests.</li><li>Other Job Duties as assigned.</li><li>Possess exceptional guest relations skills.</li><li>Weekend &amp; holiday hours are required.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as maintenance technician.</li><li>Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems.</li><li>Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.</li><li>Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.</li><li>Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>This position is an extremely physically active position. Employees are regularly required to stand, walk and run. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, stoop, kneel, and crouch. Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
